As provider of services according to Para. 7 Sec. 1 TMG the general laws apply for the contents of these pages. According to Para. 8 to 10 TMG as provider of services we do not have the obligation to control information sent and saved or to do research on activities which do not comply with applicable laws. The obligation to delete or prevent the use of information according to the general laws remain applicable. We, however, are only liable as from the first knowledge obtained on the law being broken. If knowledge has been obtained on breaches of the law, contents will immediately be removed.

For the contents of the linked pages the appropriate provider of the pages is responsible. On linking the pages for the first time the contents were checked on possible breaches of the law.
