During April 1999 the Tax Attorneys Dipl.-Kfm. Nils S. Neumann and Dipl. Kfm. Ulrich Stapel and Attorney/Tax Attorney Martin Schmidt-John together founded the STRATEGUS Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH.
The company started with four employees in the north of Norderstedt at the Ulzburger Straße. Soon afterwards more personnel was employed in order to provide for the increasing number of clients. Already half a year after founding the STRATEGUS the company moved to Europaallee 3 in 22850 Norderstedt. Centrally situated very close to the Herold-Center. The STRATEGUS until today is still situated here.
Since 2002 STRATEGUS cooperates with .tsp. Thun, Steiner & Partner, Rechtsanwälte und Notare in Norderstedt. This cooperation provides clients with an even larger spectrum of consulting services and support.
Dipl.-Betriebswirtin Tax Attorney Monika Neels, who was employee of STRATEGUS since the foundation of the company, became managing director and shareholder in 2006. Together with the other managing directors she runs the company. In addition she also manages the office of STRATEGUS in Schleswig since 2006.
In 2006 an office cooperation with the Auditor and Tax Attorney Dipl. Kfm. Kai Hefti was also founded. Then the offices in Europaallee 3 were extensively expanded.
The year 2008 was actively influenced by the death of the shareholder Ulrich Stapel.
Tax Attorney Dipl.-Volkswirt Thomas K. Wolf strengthen the team of our company since Autumn 2008 and is managing director and shareholder of STRATEGUS since the beginning of 2010. He is also specialised in international tax law. The major advantage is that English is his second native language.
At the end of the year 2009 the STRATEGUS GmbH Wirtschaftsprü-fungsgesellschaft was founded. As from then the tax consulting and audit companies work together as an office cooperation
Apart from the Auditor Kai Hefti amongst others, the Auditor and Tax Attorney Thomas G. Krambeer is active in this company.
Six professionals (Tax Attorneys/Auditors) and 25 employees provide services for the clients of STRATEGUS today. The STRATEGUS provides all of the classical tax consulting services, such as payroll and financial accounting, preparation of annual financial statements as well as tax declarations of every sort, starting with income tax declarations up to corporate tax declarations, to its clients. The philosophy of STRATEGUS is the tax “consulting”. STRATEGUS does not want to administer its clients. It is our aim to assist our clients according to their individual requirements and to provide them with an ideal tax structure.
